Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of tvplay.uk and of the streaming access passes sold by TVPlay UK (“TVPlay”, “we”, “us”). By requesting a free pass, placing an order or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
TVPlay sells prepaid passes that give you a login for use in supported third-party media player apps. Passes are available for terms of 1, 3, 6 and 12 months. The service is delivered over the internet; you are responsible for your own broadband connection, devices and player app.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be 18 or over to order. You agree to give accurate contact details and to keep your login confidential. You are responsible for activity that takes place with your login.
3. Private, non-commercial use
A pass is for private viewing in a single household. You may not resell, share, rent or redistribute your login, show the service in a public or commercial venue, or record, re-stream or retransmit any stream.
4. Fair use
Each pass includes the number of simultaneous connections stated at purchase. Using more connections than your pass allows, automated access, or any activity that disrupts the service for other customers is not permitted. We may suspend or end a pass that is used in breach of these Terms, without refund.
5. Free passes
Free passes last 24 hours and are limited to one per household. Requests made through a VPN, proxy or disposable email address may be declined. We may change or withdraw the free pass at any time.
6. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Passes are paid in advance as a single, one-time payment. We do not store your payment card for future charges and passes never renew automatically. We may change prices at any time; a change does not affect a pass you have already paid for.
7. Activation and delivery
Your login details are sent to the email address you provide once payment is confirmed. Please check your junk folder, and contact support if nothing arrives within one hour.
8. Availability and content
We work to keep the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The channel list, on-demand catalogue and features can change, and individual channels or titles may be added, removed or become temporarily unavailable without notice. Picture quality depends on the source broadcast, your device and your broadband connection.
9. Your right to cancel
Because a pass is a digital service that starts as soon as your login is sent, you agree that delivery begins immediately and acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is lost once delivery has started. In its place we offer the 7-day guarantee described in our Refund Policy.
10. Expiry
Passes are prepaid and do not renew, so there is no subscription to cancel. Your access ends automatically on the expiry date unless you choose to buy a new pass.
11. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for making sure that your use of the service complies with the laws that apply where you live. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its security or operation.
12. Website content
The TVPlay name, wordmark, text and design of this website belong to TVPlay and may not be copied without permission. Names of devices, apps and third-party companies, where they appear, are used for identification only and belong to their respective owners. TVPlay is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the pass concerned. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are not affected.
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer to bring a claim in your own part of the United Kingdom.
